It’s in remarkable condition for its age and seems to have had only home-use. The amp reacts well to FX when played through the loop. The distortion channel can be pushed loud and hard - great for metal and heavy rock. The clean channel gives a lot of headroom before breaking up. Sounds better than most of the hybrid and other solid state amps of the same value/era. It gives a good solid sound in its own right and is, overall, a good & reliable practice/gigging amp. On the rear panel there is an input for headphones and twin outputs to drive external speakers. The control panel is on the front face and comprises high and low inputs, a single clean channel gain, FX out and return inputs, overdrive (which pulls out to boost the level of drive), distortion gain (which pulls out to smooth the frequencies), pre set EQ button, bass, middle, treble, reverb, footswitch input, direct injection input (allows direct slaving without distortion) and master volume. It’s covered in a particularly attractive light smoky grey colour tolex. The amp itself is an average sized combo with one 12 inch speaker.
